Sight doesnt show retail

I had one place say 715.00 and I don't think that includes tax.

I haven't bought a new  Single Action since they where 450 or so.

Most of them went on to Bowen and Linebaugh.

Fair price IMO.

The extra cylinder and the Bisley frame add a little to the price plus you're going to have a hard time finding/getting a deal on a dealer exclusive.
