Ive seen parts for these on gunbroker. You can try to call Ruger as well.

I have over 20k rounds on mine.  Barrel still looks and performs well.
Action and trigger are still tight and very slick.

Majority of those rounds are 38 target loads, rest were 357 JHP.

Replacing the barrel is a gunsmith or factory level job to be done right - and finding a gunsmith who knows anything about wheel guns is getting harder all the time

Have you consider contacting the manufacturer?

Ruger no longer supports the Six series and my understanding is that they have few, if any, parts available for them.

I just received three trigger return springs for my Speed Six from Numriches after installing a new, old stock spring in it for the SECOND time since I've had it (about 4 years, now).

Everybody talks about how these revolvers are built like tanks and will last well into their grandchildren's lives.  Well, maybe so, but I'm buying spare trigger springs because two have broken in mine.  Admittedly, I dry fire it quite a bit, with  dummy rounds, but I'm not feeling all the joy, all the time.

Cheaper in the long run just to buy a four inch.  They're not uncommon.
