Haven't held one, but I did order one yesterday. It's supposed to be shipping after January 15, but it's anybody's guess if it actually will.

Well, I haven't paid anything as yet, and don't really know what it's going to be. I suspect it'll be in the high $400's though.

Went in another direction and got an S&W M&P9c instead. Guess it was the old "bird in the hand" syndrome that got me. Oh well......

My wife really liked the Sr9 and I am going to wait and see about the c.

I stopped by the local toy store during my lunch break ––- the gal there told me that I might like the "New SR9C" (you know you go there too often when they know you by name) ... and I did!

I was never a big fan of the SR9 –– but the SR9C??? I might just have to buy it... it feels really good in my hand and the price ($419) isn't bad. Comes with a 10rd and a 17 round mag (10 round is flush). I would have bought it right there, but they only had the black/stainless model and I like ALL black.

just bought mine yesterday for $428 after tax. i disassembled it and cleaned as soon as i got home, amazingly simple. feels great in the hand, im going to head out and shoot it tomorrow morning.
the magazines are a pain to load though, extremely stiff springs. i think i did pretty good for my first handgun.

I've handled one last weekend.  Trigger on the SR9C is actually way better than the original SR9.

I have never fired a full sized sr9, but my sr9c has a wonderful trigger.

Handled one the other day. Very Nice.  The 17rd ext feels real nice and the 10rd is pretty good.  Trigger does feel better that the SR9 for sure. Probably purchase it in a couple of weeks (going for $389 at Hoffmans in CT) as soon as the store puts one up as a rental to shoot. This looks like its going to be a good one for the wife too.

I really like my sr9 but its a little to much to carry, I think I'll make sure they dont have any recalls then pick up a compact.

I'm thinking of trading my SR9 for one of these, depending on how it feels.  How much are extra mags?

I don't have much trouble concealing my SR9, but the compact would only be better in this regard.

I'd love to see a range report to check accuracy.
