so they are half as expensive at the $30 factory mags. It doesnt look like theres a whole lot that can go wrong with a single stack mag thats short and simple with a light magazine spring anyway.
What do yall think about them? |
| I have a ProMag that I picked up cheap at a gunshow (new) and figured I'd use it for the range only and honeslty I've had zero issues with it in about 5-6 trips. I still use the Ruger mag when I carry but for $12 the ProMag works. If buying online I think the price difference is only $4 so I'd stick with the Ruger mag. |

Given that this pistol hardly falls in the category of "range toy," why on earth would you use anything other than the best quality magazines you can find? Are you going to be on your face on the pavement, shot through the guts with your jammed little pistol beside you saying to yourself, "well, at least my wife will get the $12.00 I saved on that aftermarket magazine."
In what could be matters of life and death, here is a formula to remember: cheap = stupid. |
