Here is my Ruger Redhawk.  It started as a 44 mag and has been re-chambered to 429 GNR.  This is a 454 Casull necked down to 44 caliber.  Action job and a set of Hogue custom stocks.  I am pushing a 250 grain LBT at 1700 fps. and it will shoot 1" groups at 75 yards.

I'm gonna have to go ahead and say..............................................I like it!

Makes my regular old .44 redhawk seem, well....like a regular old .44

Excellent groups at 75. With a good bench and handloads on a calm day I can manage 3" groups at 100 with a regular old 2x leupold. Mine likes 22 grains of 2400 and a 240 grain XTP - the Deer don't like it much though.

Nice Ruger.

Nice guns guys.  I searched all over for a redhawk 5.5" 44mag, and couldn't find one.  I think I'm going to have to settle on a 4" redhawk 44.
