Trijicon Front Sight - ~$50.00

Hi-Viz Front Sight - ~ $40.00

You can also get a custom install of a XS Sights front sight.

I have a Trijicon on mine. Works well enough. Not a whole lot better than stock IMO, since the rear notch is machined in and not High Viz.

I have a Meprolight front night sight on my SP.  Obviously it doesn't do anything for the rear sight, but the front sight is much more visible day and night than the factory one.  I got it from Brownells for $34 plus shipping.
