Will the P90 mags work in a P97.And what is the difference between the too pistols.

Mags interchange, though some people prefer the 7-rd mags over the 8rd mags.
The P90 is an alloy framed .45, with a 4.5" barrel. The P97 is a polymer framed .45, with a ~4" barrel.

Also I am fairly sure that the P90 has a 1911 style swinging link system while the P97 uses the BHP style cam.

P345 mags will interchange as well.........
