This pistol has a test fire date of 6/28/08. Launched 175 bullets today through my new LCP and I feel that my particular pistol is reliable enough for carry purposes. Not a lot to hold on to with this little gem but it is reasonably controlable. Had one FTF on or about round 170 due to user error....my right thumb must have pressed the mag release and dropped the mag about 1/4". I tapped the mag back into place, the slide released and it was back in action. 100 rounds of Win USA, 50 rounds of Rem Golden Saber and 25 rounds of Hornady XTP. Very snappy recoil with all rounds although noticeably less with the XTP ammo. Developed a nice blister on the web between my thumb & forefinger. Also, the frame pin at the top of the backstrap began to walk itself out after awhile so I had to tap it back in. Didn't do any precise accuracy measurements but, at about 25 ft, all rounds seemed to be within about an eight inch circle (including rounds fired one handed left & right). All in all, I'm happy with the result. |

The wife has one and loves it.I have shot it a few times. Its a little too small for my tastes.Doesn't feel like a have control of it.If you are looking for a inexspensive IWB holster .the don hume one with the belt clip(under $30) that they list to fit the kel-tec P3at second generation fits like a glove.
