If the trigger set up is the same as a Super Blackhawk Then do this. Take off grips.....Locate cross pin in frame that goes thru and has a dual legged spring hooked on each side. Let one leg off .Does not matter which side. Now try the trigger. It will be a big differance. Enough for me to the point that was all I needed. Also dry fire with snap caps..... |

IIRC, Wolff offers two replacement trigger spring weights. Either one will reduce the pull weight by quite a bit. Also IIRC, Rugers rimfire revolvers are safe to dry fire because the firing pin can't touch the recess for the case rim. Other than that, you can pop one leg of the spring off, which has already been suggested. |
