Got a Ruger GP100 yesterday (brand new, haven't had a chance to fire it yet), was trying to disassemble it today and ran into a problem.  When I get to step 6 in the manual, the step for removing the trigger guard assembly, where I'm supposed to "depress the trigger guard lock plunger", I can't.  The thing won't budge at all.  On the next part it says "If you cannot supply sufficient force to the plunger using the mainspring assembly as a “tool,” then use a screwdriver of appropriate size and insert through hole in frame."  Tried a screwdriver too, still won't move at all.  Anyone else had this problem?  Is there maybe some technique to it?  Any help would be appreciated.

Update: Nevermind, got some responses elsewhere and it's good now.
