Does anybody know if there are aftermarket grips made for the ruger 22/45?? I HATE the grips that came on my gun from the factory. Also, anyone have a link to show how to fieldstrip this gun for cleaning? My owner's manual is MIA. Thanks.

Here you go: www.ruger.com/Firearms/PDF/01.pdf

You can also call 1-800-424-1886 on Monday and Ruger will send you a free copy.

As for grips, the 22/45 doesn't offer much of a selection. Hogue Handalls or something similar are the most expedient available. Some gunsmiths can actually work some magic and sand and reshape the grip frame of the 22/45, just remember once you commit, you're committed.
