anyone have a link or good instructions on smoothing up ruger 10/22 and 22/45 trigger?

rimfirecentral.com you have to search, but they have several things I've tried and like. The one thing I did do to make a big improvement on cycling was chamfering the bolt. They have alot of nice little tricks you swear won't do anything until you try them.
