Used Stainless P-90 for sale by a friend for $300
Comes with everything from factory.
Great condition and shoots without issue.

Is it worth the $300?

If it is VG, or better, condition, that is not a bad price.

DC, or std. Decock/Safety?

That is a pretty decent deal. Ru Asked the rep 18 or so months ago and was told they are not discontinued bu are not being made right now.

I love my 17 year old P90.  It has never missed a beat no matter what ammo I feed it.

A stainless P-90 at that price in excellent shape is a good buy. They are out of production, so jump on it now if you want one. Very durable and reliable, although the trigger is a little funky.

I have a P90D stainless...great pistol!!, hasn't failed me yet. I didn't like the way the trigger felt, so I had it worked on. Smooth as butter now The stock plastic grips are pretty rough on the hands....the Hogue wrap around grips made it really nice to shoot at the range. I use it as my main CCW

I am looking into grips and will sure check out if the trigger needs work after a few hundred rounds....

It's pretty hard to find decent stuff for the P90, since it has been out of production for some years now. If I can figure out how to on here, I'll post a pic with the Hogue wrap around grips on there.

Oh and I would stay away from the 10 round PRO MAG magazine, I had my friend at the LGS order me one....It jammed in the pistol several times and thought I was gonna have to get a pry bar out to remove it from the pistol.
