Just took my new RCP out for the second time. What a great little handgun. Recoil is not as bad as one might think, but you definitely notice it. The lack of sights is a bit disconcerting at first. After the first few rounds that feeling subsides. I started out both trips to the range testing the waters at 7 yards. The first round hit about 7 inches low. After compensating for that, the next 249 were in the 10 ring. Just put the bad guys chest in the groove and you’re set. On my initial trip I fired 300 rnds, and another 250 this trip. No FTF or FTE, no problems of any kind (other than my hand getting a little sore). Now that it has proven itself, the RCP will replace my TLE as my main carry gun. For those who haven’t had a chance to hold one yet, it is amazing what Kimber did to make this gun carry friendly. No sharp edges, everything trimmed down and rounded, slim grips, fluting instead of checkering, and so on.  Well worth the big price tag IMO.
