Most all of the folks here are 45 guys. I have a 9mm full size Springfield Loaded and a Kimber Ultra Aegis II 9mm. I like them both very much. The SA is a good range gun, shoots pretty accurate, & functions flawlessly. It has never failed to go bang or cycle. It sleeps next to the bed at night. The Kimber while being too short to suit most of the folks here, has been very reliable and is my CCW. It has not had any failures.
Many say that they are more accurate with a 9 due to less recoil, others say that with proper technique you'll be just as good with the 45. Just ask which caliber has better ballistics if you want to start a REAL discussion!!
