Im having serious problems with my outboard grip screw bushings. They keep comming loose. From what I can tell the bushings were not staked in. Anyone else have this issue with their warriors?

none with mine, take the bushing out put on a drop of red locktite and install bushings. Let cure overnight before you put the grips back on and you should be good to go.

Yeah, mine come out too. It's not really a big deal. A lot of makers don't stake their bushings. Just screw 'em back in and you're good to go.

Kimber doesn't stake their bushings. Just loktite them and your good to go. SGB wouldn't blue be sufficient? With red he would have to heat the bushings if he ever wanted to remove them.
