Regarding the mag well:  how easy is it to remove??  from pictures I've seen it looks like there is a screw of some sort attaching it to the MSH but I haven't been able to find a definitive answer.   Also is the MSH on these the typical Kimber plastic MSH or is it metal??

I'm not positive b/c I dont own one but I believe it still uses a plastic MSH and the magwell is the type that has the ears that go up under the grips and screw into the frame. Should be easy to remove.

The MSP is metal and the magwell screws into it with an Allen type screw.
