My early TLEII (internal extractor) has the black oxide finish. It shows a lot of wear quite easily.

As far as I know, all TLE II pistols (except the SS model) come standard with the black oxide finish. You have to pay extra $$$ for the KimPro.

So is there any way to tell? I bought my Kimber used, and I have no idea what the finish is either....
