Hello all, I have about 5000 rounds of 9mm through my baby eagle and was wondering if anyone has a walkthrough of how to completely break one down for cleaning. I've field stripped it to clean it but there seems to be a lot of gunk down in the workings of the gun. Thoughts? Break free CLP spray until it runs out the bottom taking the gunk with it? thanks. |
Sort of like that. There's an aerosol sprayer that does just that. Don't remember the name though. Some guys will tell you to spray non-chlorinated brake cleaner fluid (at least in the ARs they do it). I'd remove all the plastic first, before I did this. |
