Picked up a brand new .50AE in Burnt Bronze cerakote last week, and love it so far.....this thing definitely let's me know that I'm nowhere near as badass as I think I am.
I will say that it's accurate as heck, and when I'm not flinching, I'm putting the rounds exactly where I aim.
Any deals on ammo for this thing? It runs $40 a box for the Hornady XTP around here.....

check PBR ammo, i have bought hundreds of rounds from them usually great price and works as well as Hornady in cycling the weapon, no data on accuracy in comparison, but shoot very well.

pretty good price at Midway, but i get them a bit cheaper locally, since i don't have to pay shipping!
price/round at PBR is cheaper for the 300gr, PBR also has 325gr for a little bit more. shop around and get the best price! |
