What are the differences between a USP .45 CT and the regualr USP .45C, besides the threaded barrel?

The only difference between the two are the threaded barrel and the raised sights on the CT.

That's what I thought. It seems like a big jump in $$ for a tactical over the standard.

Yes. I considered buying a factory threaded barrel for my USPc 45 - however, after seeing a couple - I can see how it wouldn't be conducive to IWB concealed carry. I decided to just leave it as is.
