I carry my USP Compact .40 and find it WAY better than my USP full size 9mm. Depends on your body frame and holster of choice really. But I have concealed a Glock 17 (similar size wise) and I am 5'8" 190 lbs... tho the Glock is blocky in design and has no hammer making it a bit easier. YMMV

I know people that carry Desert Eagles. Save for a full length shotgun or rifle, no firearm is too big to conceal.

I've carried a full size USP in .40S&W, however it was covered by a jacket. It is too bulky for me to carry it in the summer.

I often times carry my USP fullsize in 45. I only own fullsize guns and i have no problems carrying any of them. wear baggy clothing and forget you have it on.

I carry my USP9F (same size) in a CTAC and conceal it with a t-shirt.  It is a non issue.  Would I like something smaller?  Sure.  Do I need something smaller.  NO.
