So I'm going on an USAF "business trip" and thinking about picking one up when I get back. I would like to add it to my XD45 and Colt XSE. For those that own one, how do you like it? How is the recoil compared to a 5" 1911? I really like the way it looks like a mini Mk 23. I would more than likely buy a can for it as well. (I'm a TX resident.) The best price I've found was Bud's Gun Shop. I know the mags are a little pricey, but that wouldn't turn me away from any gun. TIA! |
DAMN!!! I hate you!!!  The Mark23 is my unicorn of pistols. I would give one of my nuts for one. I've just "talked it over" with the wife. I showed some pics, of the USP, and she said it was a kick ass looking pistol. I haven't left yet and I already can't wait to get back!!!Thanks for the post and pics! |
I hate you too! That is easy to describe with one word: BADASS! And you're from Texas! I am so tempted to trade my M4gery towards on...but, I already have an Bitone Tactical XD45, Bitone XD9SC, and a Colt XSE Govt. I have a RRA Midlength and a Stag M4gery amongst my other rifles, but I'm not trading those. Choices...  ETA: And you're in the USAF. |
