I use a inexpensive $25 fobus paddle for my USPC 45.  It works great.

Bladetech is a bit more, but lots cheaper than Galco, Bianchi, etc.

I suggest a belt over a paddle design, FWIW.

I was curious about the Blackhawk SERPA. I have one for my Glocks, but didn't see the 45 specifically mentioned for fit, so I wondered if it was going to be another case of cramming the 45 in a holster designed for the 9/40. I will have to snag one and give it a whirl. Thanks for the input.

Mine rides in an Alessi CQC/S. One of the best leather holsters available for one of the best defensive guns available.
