Got a buddy trying to sell me a USP in 45 Auto.  My 1911 uses the 45 ACP.  Now, this is gonna be seriously hard for me to ask.  Is there a difference between the two 45 rounds?  Honestly I have never heard of 45 Auto, then again I don't shoot many handguns.  Sorry for the noobish question.

Thanks.  I knew what ACP was, and that there is 45 GAP, 45 Auto Rim, 45 Long, but wasn't sure.  Thought I would ask before I made a uneducated decision.
