| I was woundering what kind of groupings you guys get with this gun? What kind of ammo? How many yards or meters? Benchrest of freehand? |
|
I've got two USPc's in .40, both with the LEM trigger. With Speer 165gr Gold Dot, and Win Whitebox 165gr flatpoint, I can consistantly remove a small (.22 rifle) shoot and see target from the paper at 7 yards, offhand. These guns are plenty accurate for defensive purposes. When I got my first one, the trigger took some getting used to. After thousands of rounds, I'm considering getting rid of my G27, and picking up a P2000SK in .40/LEM. |
| My Compact and P2K 40s both will go about 1.5-1.750 inches, five shots, solid rest at 25 yards. The ammo I used was Lancer factory "reloads." In the past with my .45's the Lancer ammo has been every bit as accurate as Federal Gold Metal Match and the .40 groups are almost identical to the groups I get with the .45s. |
| With my USP 40c, Var. 1, I can pretty much place shots at will. Last range trip I fired three mags, freehand, about one round per second, all into the 5x ring of a standard sillouette target from about 12yds. I was using Independence 165gr ammo, manufactured by CCI I think. This pistol is definitely as accurate as you want it to be. |
