I have my P30L/9mm  appx 2 months now, put in four range sessions with it, I must say I'm impressed!  I gave a Gen4 G17 for it, which makes it even more impressive!  It has replaced the G17 for carry, one of the best gun moves I ever made.  It's quickly becoming one of my favorites.  Damn thing shoots like a laser beam, but trigger did take getting used to.  It's TOTALLY different than any other DA/SA I own.  Gun's breaking in nicely after appx 1,200+rds.  Quality is second to none, almost overbuilt, compared to Sig, Beretta, etc...Another keeper!

I am thinking about picking up a new P30L because of the mag rebate deal.

I love my P30L. I have over 12k rounds through it and it has another 12k+ before I will need to replace any springs. I probably have close to 20 mags for it and will hopefully get another P30L soon.  It is my only sidearm and the P30SK serves as a backup.

That was an amazing trade. In my opinion, the P30 and VP9 have the best grip(s) available, which makes for a comfortable shooting pistol.

That's my next purchase.  I want to handle one to make sure I like it and ultimately hope to make it my edc.

Congrats!

H&K doesn't have a bad pistol in their lineup.

I've got three P30's a regular, SK, and L, plus several other HK's.  The magazine release is the best there is.  I don't ever want to go back to a "browning style" release.  And this is coning from a guy who cut his teeth on 1911's and BHP's, and shot brand G for a long time.
