What price are you being quoted?
Used may vary due to the better demand for the Compact models for CCW, you might be able to bargin a bit there, IMO.

He has $699 marked on it But I think I might be able to get it for $600 OTD is this a good price? It looks unfired but it is listed as used.

$600 isn't bad but it's certainly no bargin, IMO. Personally, I'd lay $550 on the counter & ask him to take it or you'll buy one off of gunbroker & see what he says?

I just purchased a USP 40f (not a 45) V1 for $525 OTD. I would rate it 95%, no night sites but it did come with 3-10 cap mags and 2-12 cap mags.
