Where does the LEM trigger break compared to SA in a V3 P30? Is it at the SA release point or is it further out?

I'm not sure exactly, but I would say at the SA. The LEM pull is long, almost all the way back. If someone else more informed than I doesn't chime in by the time I get home tonight, I will put them side by side and check.

The SA RESET distance is .254 inch, the LEM RESET distance is .300 inch.  Not enough to notice.  If you are talking about where they break and actually release, then they are for all intent and purpose the same.  Both triggers return to the same forward position after you release it so take up is the same too.
In case you don't know, the RESET is the distance from where after firing with the trigger held all the way to the rear, you release the trigger so that it resets and can be fired again.  Too many people do not operate triggers correctly and release them all the way between shots, this is wasted time and wasted movement.  After firing you only release the trigger to reset then you can commence your pull again to fire.
For a person who never shoots it is probably best to release the trigger all the way after each shot because if you do not release the trigger past the reset point, you cannot fire the pistol again no matter how hard you pull.
But if you spend some time shooting and operating the trigger like it is supposed to be used, you soon learn only to release only to reset and it becomes second nature and gets built into your muscle memory and it becomes something you do not have to think about.  If you have to think about your movements during a stressful situation then you have not practiced enough, and that covers likely 85% of us.
