Before you go hacking at the lever, have you tried working with the grip panels?
Here's what you do: - Go to the range with your P30 including the box with all the grip panels and about 300 or 400 rounds of ammo. - Load several magazines with 1 or two rounds. - Get your proper grip on the pistol and fire until the pistol goes empty. - If you find that the gun didn't lock on empty, stop right that second and look at where your hands are on the gun carefully. - Replace grip panels as necessary to change where your hands are on the pistol Believe it or not, simply taking the time to find the right grip panel combo for you (which isn't necessarily the one that "feels" the best) can totally eliminate the problem. |
