I sent my USP45 to HK on Monday. I received it back today. I was shocked it was such a quick turnaround. They replaced a broken firing pin (the reason I sent it back), recoil spring, trigger return spring, and a new barrel. Apparently, the barrel was out of spec.
Anyway, I'm very happy with the customer service. I know with any company the bad experiences get more attention than the good. I thought I would share mine. Edit: It was Monday. |
