A P30 .40 cal mag will but it has to be for the P30. I'd still use 9mm P30 mags for serious use though.

Thanks for the reply. The reason I ask is because in Canada we are restricted to 10 round mags. Apparently though, there is word we are able to legally use a different caliber magazine without the restriction.

Well, then you are going to be doing what we did during our AWB. In a 10 round .40 mag you can easily fit 12 rounds of 9mm. If that would be in violation of Canadian law I cannot say, but a lot of people did that down here during the AWB.
