After 5 months waiting, at last it followed me home from the gun store.

My 1911 has officially been retired as my everyday carry piece.  It doesn't shoot as easy as the 1911, but hey, nothing does.  That's not why I bought it.

So, anyone ever carry theirs in condition 1 (locked 'n cocked)?  Cause that's how I plan to.

When I carry my full size HK45, I carry in condition 1.  I've had no problems at all.  Congrats on the purchase. It should serve you well.

The HK45c carries quite well, I really like mine and am considering selling my HK45 for a second HK45c.
