Where can I find new factory grips for the PPK/s?

I just put rose wood grips on mine, so I have a set of factory grips.

Walther/Interarms or S&W?

Depends on the version.
The new S&W made Walther PPK/s guns use a different grip that won't interchange with older guns.
To get S&W grips you can buy them direct from S&W or from a parts house that carries S&W parts.

For the older PPK/s, many parts houses carry them: Note that the PP and PPK/s use the same grips.
