I've had my P22 for over a year, and it has been one of my favorites to shoot. I've probably put around 2000 rounds down the tube. Yesterday, it started the following malfunction: the slide remains back until I allow the trigger to travel back forward. Thus I squeeze the trigger......bang......slide stays back....release trigger......slide moves forward. I keep the gun clean, and it has continued to do this after cleaning. A couple of times, I literally had to slightly pull the trigger back to the forward position.
I sure hope my favorite little plinker hasn't gone down the crapper..... Anyone had this problem or have a solution? |
