Can anyone tell me if the Taurus 851 (S&W Bodyguard copy) will take S&W j-frame grips and accessories? I'm shopping around for grips, speedloaders and a holster and most companies don't list the 851 as an option, but they do list the S&W 638. Thanks |
| From my understanding, J frame grips won't fit without modifications. Many grip manufacturers offer grips for the small-frame Taurus revolvers, but may only list them as fitting the 85. As far as holsters, most of the J frame holsters will work fine with your 851. Any speedloader for a Taurus 85 will work for your 851, but many folks (myself included) prefer the Bianchi Speed Strip. |
