I just bought a used 24/7 in 45 caliber.
It will misfire up to 3 or 4 times in every clip.
It appears the firing pin isn't hitting very hard on the misfires, but it looks like it hits hard on the bullets that fire.

I've tried different ammo, and different people shooting it...
Has anyone heard of problems with the 24/7 like this or know what is wrong?

I don't know that gun in particular, but on another I had the same thing, there was a metal burr in the firing pin channel.  Just strip it and clean it like crazy.  All of my guns run better when lubed with CLP.

My friend's 24/7 in 9mm did the same exact thing.  No amount of cleaning would cure it.  We sent it back 3 times for the same thing and they finally replaced it.
