I was having issues with a stainless steel model 94 4 inch barrel failing to fire regardless of ammo.   I took the revolver to a gun smith friend and he diagnosed the problem and said to send it back to Taurus.  My FFl  sent the revolver in on Oct 27 and the revolver was delivered back to the FFL today with no charge.  I just shot the repaired model 94 and glad to report the revolver fired every time with 5 cylinders of 9 rounds each.  I bought the model 94 used and apparently the previous owner traded the gun to the dealer without getting the revolver repaired.   I included my receipt and Taurus knew I wasn't the original buyer but still repaired the revolver with no charge.  I paid to ship the handgun to Taurus and Taurus paid the return shipping.

Thank you Taurus for your LIFE TIME warranty.

I liked the way the model 94 handles and shoots and its nice to have it working properly.

I had the same deal with my blued M94, only mine had a bent cylinder rod (that the seller failed to mention), and they turned it around, properly repaired, in 4 days. Sent on Monday, received back on Thursday.
