Well my experience hasn't been good. I called them over 6 months ago to get a grip screw. they must have mailed it via Hawaii.

Call them again.  They turned my pistol around in about 6 working days.  I only had to pay shipping to them.  No company is perfect, they cant be because they have humans working for them & humans are far from perfect.

I think after a few weeks I would have followed up with another call, besides ordering a few spares.
Maybe Beretta screws would work, I'm not sure if they do but that would give you a lot of aftermarket options.
Try the teeny o-ring trick under the screw heads, that seems to hold 'em in.
No comment about a hoser with a loose screw...

I actually forgot about it until a week ago when I had the gun out.
I'll give them a call tomorrow. Maybe they shipped it and customs Canada kept it!

My one and ONLY experience with Taurus cust serv was outstanding ... its not unimagineable that the post office lost it too.
