Well my experience hasn't been good. I called them over 6 months ago to get a grip screw. they must have mailed it via Hawaii.

I think after a few weeks I would have followed up with another call, besides ordering a few spares. Maybe Beretta screws would work, I'm not sure if they do but that would give you a lot of aftermarket options. Try the teeny o-ring trick under the screw heads, that seems to hold 'em in. No comment about a hoser with a loose screw...
