| I am looking for spare a magazines for my Colt Government model 380. All I am finding is in the $36.50 plus range for stainless. I ran across Metalform mags in stainless for $17.95. Are Metalform to be trusted in a carry gun? Do they make magazines for major manufactures? |

Metalform has been the OEM magazine manufacturer for Colt for a very long time. I'd trust any of their magazines for carry. Caveat: always test the magazines you carry before you carry them. One of them perhaps. I know Checkmate makes (or at least used to make) Colt's 7-round 1911 magazines. Both metalform and checkmate are perfectly fine imo. |
