| I'm looking for a high quality range bag that I can give my grandson. I want it to hold 4 handguns, a few magazines and maybe 200 rounds of pistol ammo. I would like to hear from people with real life experience using the bags. I don't want to send him a bag with a popular brand name that won't hold up. TIA Don |
| I have both sizes of the Midway bag. Great value, especially with the sale price or dealer discount. I use the large bag when I'm carrying my wife and my gear for cowboy shooting (gunbelts, shotgun belts, eye protection ,tools, etc). It is really large; about the size of a gym bag. I use the compact bag for Steel Challenge. It holds my two pistols, all my gear (belt, holsters, mag pouches), ammo, speed loaders, eye and ear protection, etc. I think that the compact size is better for most instances, unless you want to bring all of your stuff to the range in one bag. |
