Since I usually only see threads on poor customer service I thought I'd post about a good experience.  Purchased a TLR-2s when they first came out with the strobe function.  Few months ago it would only strobe instead of a solid light.  Finally called them and was told to send it in.  Hasn't quite been two weeks from when I shipped it.  Came home with a package on my door from streamlight.  Everything now functions correctly, and the repair sheet said a circuit board was replaced.  All contact over phone was courteous and as it should be.  Product was repaired and shipped with no charge.  This is not my first streamlight product but first time having a problem.  What do you expect things do break or go bad from time to time.  Just glad a company is more than willing to make a product function correctly and not drag there feet when something does need repair.
