I bought 1 for my dad, he's a LEO. Carried it for a year and a half with no issues. It had a catastrophic failure last year during an annual requal, it was installed in a Glock 22 (no the gun didn't blow up). Sent it back to LaserMax and they repaired and returned it in less than a week. He won't put it back in his gun though. |

Have four units in different firearms. Only issue was one of the batt caps wore down enough to not have positive engagement for the laser to complete circuit. HOWEVER, After +5k rounds this is expected. The new batt cap design seems to have solved this issue.
Sent it to Lasermax (never filled out the warranty card) and they sent me a refurbished/upgraded unit. Wonderful CS and quick turn around. Inspect your equipment. Most failures are operator induced (i.e. like limpwristing or not cleaning firearm, etc) |

I love mine. Only problem I've had on mine is the laser dot losing focus and becoming a fuzzy blob. Sent it in to them, got it back a week later good as new. To be fair, mine is on my 10mm G20, and I run nothing but tactical nuke loads. Probably 3K rounds until the laser lens pooped. |
