Is this a good defense ammo?

The antecedent of "this" is not clear to me in your post. Surely you're not meaning to replace your Black Talon with more of it. I think for most folks, it's irrelevant whether Black Talon is good defensive ammo. Few would want to be in court having to answer why they were carrying the "evil" round.
I have some of it left over in .40, .44 Magnum, & .45 Colt, but I'll never carry any of it. |

They claim that the rounds would do massive damage to a bad guy and then disintegrate in drywall. These rounds don't penetrate enough in tissue and clog up and penetrate MORE when they hit hard surfaces.
