From someone with firsthand experience. I finally fired .32 S&W Long from my 1895 Nagant Revolver last night. All 7 shots went bang, and all seven projectiles hit what I was aiming at. I emptied the cylinder, and checked the cylinder/barrel. No signs of any problems, other than bulged cases. Ok, now here's my question. I've found that .32 S&W Long works just fine in my 1895 Nagant, so I want to get the box of .32 H&R at the local gun shop and give those a shot (No pun intended |

No firsthand expereince here. The only thing I ask is that you have a buddy film it and promise to post the video when you are done. I second that emotion. Seriously, why push things to the limit of safety? Just shoot the wimpy stuff and be satisfied and comforted that your gun can handle it without any damage to it or yourself. |

Many people claim to have "heard" that .32 H&R is no problem for the Nagant, but no one has ever come out and said "I shoot .32 H&R out of my 7.62x38R 1895 Nagant revolver and have no issues with it" There isn't a definite "No, it won't work", or a "Yes, it will work" |

Then there'll be a definite answer. |
