I found about a dozen boxes of 200 and 180gr Norma 10mm ammo in my stash. I havent shot my G20 in a while and thought about running some of these rounds through it. I read that most of todays 10mm is watered down to basically 40s&w ballisitics. Is this older Norma stuff any better or worse then whats available on the shelves today?

Norma is typically loaded hot.

Considering Norma's history with the 10mm I'd say that anything Norma makes is "the standard" and anything less is a reduced load.

Compared to today's loads for the 10mm Norma is hot.  But yes you are correct, Norma sets the standard.

In short, it is better than most.  DoubleTap Ammunition sets the standard in 10mm in today's market, though.

Yeah... You own the company!

(But I agree. DoubleTap is THE standard for 10mm ammo.)
