| Been watching for some of the distributors to get a little ammo back in stock like everybody else. Just seen Cheaper then Dirt, 9mm ammo, 50 round boxes $69.95 a box plus shipping!!!!!!!! And it was TulAmmo, PMC and Armscor! And they had some Armscor .22lr, 500 round brick (usally $4-5 a box of 50) $149.95!!!! Talk about taking advantage of the situation! |
| I dont buy much from CTD but I have been watching all of them for a while now, Im not a fan of TulAmmo or Wolf dont care for the steel cases, it hasnt been about three weeks ago you could buy the stuff from them for $19.99 a box. I picked up 5 boxes of Federal (50 round boxes) for $23 a box off the internet last week! I would have bought a couple more boxes but that was the last they had. I even picked up 10 boxes of 12ga Winchester Super X No.6 shot the other day for $8 a box! |

we all need to remember these vendors that are taking advantage of gun owners, i can understand a small shop that has difficulty getting supplied and has to charge more to maintain a certain level of profitability, but these big box retailers can kiss my ass This. I've been done with cheaper than dirt for a long time. There's a difference between market pricing and outright gouging. Cheaper has routinely and consistently established that they're not above gouging. |

Glad I'm a free man and don't have to part ways with my money.

| I havent bought a whole lot from them over the years just a few things here and there, but no more! I got six email notifications from MidWay today about ammo they got in, I clicked the link three minuets after recieveing them and got a message they were already sold out! |

What's messed up is the fact that alot of smaller places are only charging slightly more than pre panic (which the price increase is understandable given the demand)
Midway, cabelas and pretty much the same as above. Hell even the LGS are close . I believe most learned in 08 CTD should stock up on airsoft and paintball.....................but they wont, because people are stupid and have short memories . Half of the ones bitching will be buying from them after this passes. Myself, I never bought from them after 08 . I'm all for capitalism ,but I wont support the "dick move" |

| It has been years since anyone up here has used CTD because they seem to put themselves upon a pedestal. They priced themselves out of the market and angered many good customers by acting in a poor manner. I would suggest that you look in aw but please to not support a company that treats their customers like this. |

Why even waste the time to bitch about CTD? I can manage ammo purchases locally at much better prices, as in normal. All it takes is a little bit of patience. In the larger scope of things, CTD isnt even a blip on the screen, are they? The reason people are publicly bitching is to call attention to the fact that CTD is doing it. The more people that know (some don't), the less people will potentially do business with them. Especially later when widescale inventory returns to normal, CTD will return to relatively normal prices, and some folks won't even be aware this happened. Calling them out is a way they can hopefully become an even smaller blip on that screen. |
