Has anyone received their order from JACK ROSS AMMO?
I ordered 1000 rds of 9mm order # is 803 in march. They charged my account when I placed my order, I can not get a hold of them and they took down their Facebook. Called my CC company and I am past the 60 day claims. No sure what to do now. |

I would just like to say... I'm in the same boat as you, but in my case, I ordered back in late January (300's order #) and I haven't seen anything.
Given how long it has been, I've lost hope... and interest for that matter. I had ordered 1000 rds of 45 ACP. This is what I've learned, order ammo from reputable ammo companies. I don't think they purposely tried to screw people over, but they just don't know how to run a business and got way over their heads. |

I had paid with a debit card, and it was way over 60 days before I even thought about disputing. I was honestly giving them the benefit of the doubt. You don't treat your customers like that... they wouldn't answer emails, or return my phone messages. They just don't understand how to run a business. Maybe one day I'll see the refund in the mail... but I'm not holding my breath. |
