Yep Fed 155 HST is it, we get to use HP in a Law Enforcement capacity working under the authority granted in 14 USC 89. The guys deployed over in the Gulf still carry M9's.

And if I recall there was also something funky on the headstamp for it - manufacture year maybe? I just remember it wasnt something you'd normally see on 40S&W brass. when I get back home next week I'll check my stash of brass.

Checked on it, all of my MK308 brass is marked FC 09 and FC 10, so it appears my initial guess was right.
