Hii all,
Is it normal to have brass from a semi-auto eject backwards at about 6 o'clock? My new P220 ejects some brass to the side at about 3 or 4 o'clock, and some at 6 o'clock, over my head or shoulder. Sig customer service tells me it needs to be tuned. What say you all? Jimmy |
| Sig would be right, it needs to be tuned. What did Sig tell you ? I've no experience with Sig other than a Mosquito so I'm not going to be much help. I'm guessing since it has an external extractor that ejector needs an angle change and Sig should be able to send a picture or diagram of angle change I would think. Or fix it themselves. It should be ejecting brass to side. |

It should be ejecting brass to side. Yeah well the thing is it sometimes does eject brass to the side, well not directly to the side but maybe more like 4 o'clock. But sometimes it ejects backwards over my shoulder or head. I'm at a loss to mechanically explain why it's so inconsistent...? |
